For your staff

• Can a teacher record for several children at once, in a couple of taps?
• Does it work well on a phone, with a child on one hip?
• Does it show what is still to do before the end of the day?
• Is attendance, check-in and check-out part of it, not a separate system?

For families

• Do families see their own child only?
• Is it free for families?
• Can families who are not on the app still be reached by email or text?
• Can families tell the school things: away, late, medication, someone else collecting?

For the school

• Medication, incidents and allergies recorded properly
• Letters, forms and consent with a record of who answered
• Your own record types, words and colours
• Clear pricing for the parts you actually use
